    Monday, March 2, 2026
    You must submit your Claim Form online no later than Monday, March 2, 2026, or mail your completed paper Claim Form so that it is postmarked no later than Monday, March 02, 2026.
  • Opt-Out Deadline

    Monday, March 2, 2026
    You must complete and mail your written Opt-Out request so that it is postmarked no later than Monday, March 2, 2026.
  • Objection Deadline

    Monday, March 2, 2026
    You must file your Objection(s) and/or notice of intent to appear at the Final Approval Hearing so that it is received no later than Monday, March 2, 2026.
  • Final Approval Hearing

    Tuesday, April 7, 2026
    The Final Approval Hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. CST.
